|
A case of multiple renal stone associated . with . a impacted left ureteral stone is reported and reviewed literature. 23 years old male, complained of intermittent colicky pain in the left flank which radiated to testicular region and frequent gross hematuria for about 9 years: On the scout film of K.U.B., various sized multiple calcification had been demonstrated in the left renal region and 2X 1.5 cm sized a large stone was found at the left ureterovesical junction. Nephrectomy and ureterolithotomy of left side were performed and various sized stones were found in the left renal pelvis and calyceal system
